The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience managing clients, strong accounting knowledge, and proficiency with accounting software and MS Office. Excellent communication and mentoring skills are valued as you guide junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience managing a portfolio of clients.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing accounting, financial, and business advisory services.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, and reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Advise clients on tax planning and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
