Responsibilities

• Make data-driven recommendations to customers on optimizing value based on analytics and best practices.
• Craft value-based presentations that address customer problems and accelerate platform adoption.
• Provide product roadmap and release updates to customers to maximize benefits from Procore technology.
• Lead product demonstrations and coordinate technical stakeholder activities across teams.
• Serve as a technical account contact with clear, responsive communication.
• Foster a positive team culture through mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop comprehensive expertise in Procore products, services, and industry best practices.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites, industry events, and Procore offices.
