Job summary

Procore Technologies Construction Software Limited in Dublin HQ is seeking an SMB Customer Success Engineer to drive value for our SMB customers. You will act as product champion and subject-matter expert, helping clients adopt Procore to realize business performance gains.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Marketing to maximize platform adoption and ROI, traveling up to 50% for client sites and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Pre-Sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Make data-driven recommendations to customers on optimizing the value of Procore, based on customer analytics and industry best practices.
• Craft value-based presentations that address customer business problems and accelerate platform adoption.
• Provide product roadmap and product release updates to customers so they can benefit from our latest technology.
• Lead product demonstrations and manage technical stakeholder coordination across internal and external teams.
• Serve as a technical account contact by providing clear, responsive, and effective customer communication.
• Foster a positive team culture by providing peer mentoring, collaborating across all levels of the organization, and contributing to best practices.
• Develop comprehensive expertise in Procore's products, professional services, and industry best practices.
