Procore Technologies, Inc. in Dublin is seeking an SMB Customer Success Engineer to champion Procore for SMB clients and drive adoption for measurable business gains. You will partner with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product and Marketing to deliver value and coordinate across teams.

You will travel up to 50% to client sites and events, delivering data-driven recommendations and compelling value-based presentations while building expertise in Procore's platform and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction industry, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Pre-Sales.
• Strong technical aptitude to build deep expertise in Procore's product offerings.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments with multiple stakeholders on time-sensitive projects.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both in-person and via virtual meetings or written formats.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze ambiguous data and extract insights.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or Computer Science; construction project experience.

Responsabilités

• Make data-driven recommendations to customers on optimizing value of Procore based on analytics and best practices.
• Craft value-based presentations addressing customer business problems and accelerate platform adoption.
• Provide product roadmap and release updates to customers to leverage latest technology.
• Lead product demonstrations and coordinate technical stakeholders across teams.
• Serve as technical account contact with clear, responsive customer communication.
• Mentor peers and contribute to best practices across the organization.
• Develop expertise in Procore products, professional services, and industry practices.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites, industry events, and Procore offices.
