Job summary

TikTok is hiring for an SMB Strategic New Business Graduate (GBS) in Dublin, starting in 2027. The role focuses on building a high-volume pipeline of SMB advertisers across EMEA, leveraging multi-channel outreach, and driving revenue while delivering advertiser education and satisfaction.

You will collaborate with marketing and sales, partner with Account Managers for onboarding, and aim to exceed targets while representing the TikTok brand with integrity and energy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Digital Advertising or related discipline.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Proven experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting and multi-channel outreach.
• Highly metrics-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail when handling client data.
• Genuine passion for digital marketing and helping businesses grow through TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of new advertiser opportunities via calls, email, LinkedIn, video, and events.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for the TikTok Ads platform with focus on speed to engagement and pipeline velocity.
• Execute structured multi-channel outreach campaigns to generate qualified opportunities in priority verticals.
• Develop understanding of TikTok Ads solutions and demonstrate early client success through pilot campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Partner with Account Managers to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new clients for long-term success.
• Consistently exceed activity, conversion, and revenue targets while delivering a best-in-class advertiser experience.
• Act as a TikTok ambassador, representing our products, brand, and values in client interactions.

Education
