Job summary

Actavo in Ireland is seeking installation and service operatives for Sky satellite systems across Cork, Galway, Mayo, Sligo, Kerry, Donegal, and Dublin. You will deliver first-class customer service and ensure safe, compliant on-site work, supported by full training and a company vehicle.

You’ll work to KPI targets, promote the Sky brand on site, and enjoy benefits including a salary of €33,000 rising to €37,000 after probation, daily subsistence, a monthly bonus, overtime, and a uniform and PPE

Qualifications

• Full, clean driver’s license is required; training provided.
• IT skills and technical/installations minded.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Must be target driven to deliver on KPI’s.
• Determined and committed to high quality standards with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and ensure team safety.

This team is responsible for the installation and service of Sky satellite systems to homes and businesses across the Republic of Ireland, delivering exceptional customer service and installation services and support to the public

We are looking for in Cork, Galway, Mayo, Sligo, Kerry, Donegal, Dublin.

Benefits:

• Salary: €33,000, rising to €37,000 upon successfully completing probation period
• Daily Subsistence payment of €5 per day while training rising to €15.47 per day once probation is passed
• €100 Monthly bonus subject to meeting defined KPIs related to attendance H&S and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you
• Install and service satellite products to a standard set out by the Client
• Work to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) set out by both the Client and Actavo
• Deliver a first-class customer experience
• Positively promote the brand, through on-site performance
• Liaise with the Team Manager to ensure that on-site health and safety requirements or issues are communicated in a timely manner
