Job summary

Actavo in Ireland is seeking satellite installation and service technicians to join our team delivering first-class customer experiences across Mayo, Sligo, Kerry, Donegal and Dublin. You will install and service Sky satellite products, maintain safety standards and drive KPIs while representing the brand professionally.

• Install and service Sky satellite products to a standard set out by the Client.

• Deliver a first-class customer experience and promote the brand on-site.
• Liaise with the Team Manager to communicate on-site health and safety issues.

This team is responsible for the installation and service of Sky satellite systems to homes and businesses across the Republic of Ireland, delivering exceptional customer service and installation services and support to the public.

We are looking for in Mayo, Sligo, Kerry, Donegal, Dublin.

Benefits

• Salary: €33,000, rising to €37,000 upon successfully completing probation period
• Daily Subsistence payment of €5 per day while training rising to €15.47 per day once probation is passed
• €100 Monthly bonus subject to meeting defined KPIs related to attendance H&S and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you
• Install and service satellite products to a standard set out by the Client
• Work to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) set out by both the Client and Actavo
• Deliver a first-class customer experience
• Positively promote the brand, through on-site performance
• Liaise with the Team Manager to ensure that on-site health and safety requirements or issues are communicated in a timely manner

Requirements

• A full, clean driver’s license is required, full training provided
• IT skills, Technical/Installations minded
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills required
• Must be target driven to deliver on KPI’s
• Determined and committed to high quality standards
