Job summary

Actavo Group in Ireland is seeking installation and service technicians for Sky satellite systems across multiple regions. You will deliver on-site installations, ensure quality service and meet KPI targets while upholding safety standards.

The role offers a structured training program, a company vehicle with a fuel card, and a package including a monthly bonus, daily subsistence during training, and opportunities to upsell Sky subscriptions. A full clean driving licence is required.

• Coordinate with Team Manager on on-site safety and issues.

This team is responsible for the installation and service of Sky satellite systems to homes and businesses across the Republic of Ireland, delivering exceptional customer service and installation services and support to the public

We are looking for in Mayo, Sligo, Kerry, Donegal, Dublin.

Benefits:

• Salary: €33,000, rising to €37,000 upon successfully completing probation period
• Daily Subsistence payment of €5 per day while training rising to €15.47 per day once probation is passed
• €100 Monthly bonus subject to meeting defined KPIs related to attendance H&S and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you

• Install and service satellite products to a standard set out by the Client

• Work to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) set out by both the Client and Actavo

• Deliver a first-class customer experience

• Positively promote the brand, through on-site performance

• Liaise with the Team Manager to ensure that on-site health and safety requirements or issues are communicated in a timely manner
