Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or Project Management.
• PMP certification desirable.

SimoTech is seeking a Site TransformationProject Manager based in Co. Cork to support the delivery of a site-widetransformation strategy for a leading biopharma client.

Working with the SiteTransformation Associate Director and Digital Plant Director, this role willcoordinate cross-functional teams and technical leads to deliver integratedproject plans, ensure progress against objectives, and drive efficiency and governancein project execution.

You will bring proven experience in managinglarge-scale transformation initiatives, strong stakeholder engagement skills,and the ability to turn complex challenges into structured, results-drivensolutions that enhance operational performance and compliance.

KeyResponsibilities

• Partner with the Site Transformation Associate Director and DigitalPlant Director to deliver the site transformation agenda and its associatedprograms.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, integrate, andmaintain comprehensive project and program plans.
  
• Coordinate with technical leads across multiple departments to ensureproject objectives are achieved on schedule.
  
• Drive effective team decision-making, particularly under time-sensitiveand high-stakes conditions.
  
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, managingexpectations and reports for internal and external partners.
  
• Proactively identify project challenges and risks, developing resolutionstrategies aligned with governance and transformation objectives.
  
• Forecast and manage resource allocation across project workstreams,maintaining adherence to timelines and deliverables.
  
• Prepare project metrics, governance reports, and after-action reviews tosupport transparency and continuous improvement.
  
• Identify and implement improvements to project management processes,methodologies, and supporting systems.
  
• Coach and mentor project team members and stakeholders in Smartsheetusage and best practices in project management.
  

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree inEngineering, Business, Technology, or Project Management discipline.
  
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing large-scale transformationprograms in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments.
  
• Strong applied knowledge of project management principles andtechniques, with PMP certification desirable.
  
• Proven experience in utilising Smartsheet for program and portfoliomanagement.
  
• Demonstrated success managing both digital and non-digitaltransformation initiatives.
  
• Experience implementing governance frameworks and project reportingstandards.
  
• Familiarity with enterprise-level digital systems and IT/OT integrationinitiatives.
  
• Strong track record in delivering enterprise-scale transformationprogrammes, including resource planning, risk management and benefitrealisation.
  
• Ability to integrate multiple workstreams into cohesive project plans,identifying efficiencies and driving delivery excellence.
  
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, withexperience leading workshops, governance sessions and cross-functional teams.
  
• Highly organised and analytical, with strong attention to detail,adaptability and learning agility in evolving environments.
