Job summary

SimoTech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery and integration of high-impact digital capabilities within a regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Dublin. You will drive Industry 4.0 adoption, manufacturing systems integration, and technology upgrades while collaborating across global site teams to enable innovation in a GxP/GMP setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience managing digital technology, engineering or automation projects in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharma/biotech preferred).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated digital delivery plan across priority capabilities.
• Interface between business areas, capital projects and digital delivery teams to align requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Automation, Quality, CSV, IT/OT, and vendors to drive momentum.
• Ensure digital solutions meet GMP/CSV and data integrity requirements with proper docs, testing and change control.
• Embed technologies into site operations with clear ownership, training and support.

This roleoffers an opportunity to drive Industry 4.0 adoption, manufacturing systemsintegration, and technology upgrades while collaborating across global and siteteams to enable innovation in a GxP/GMP setting.

Working in a cross functional environment, youwill be responsible for a portfolio of projects spanning Digital/IT,Operations, Engineering, Automation, Quality, CSV, Capital Projects, globalteams and technology vendors to ensure solutions are delivered safely,compliantly, and with clear operational value.

This is an influential leadership role forsomeone passionate about leveraging technology to deliver a coherent, scalabledigital ecosystem. Digital implementation will be planned and delivered tomaintain operational continuity, improve performance and workforceeffectiveness, ensure compliance, protect production, and meet capital projectand process qualification commitments.

KeyResponsibilities

• Own andmaintain the integrated digital delivery plan, coordinating scope, schedule,resources, risks and dependencies across priority capabilities.
  
• Act asthe key interface between business areas, capital projects and digital deliveryteams, ensuring requirements across equipment, automation, infrastructure, data,and digital platforms are clear, aligned and coordinated.
  
• Workclosely with Operations, Engineering, Automation, Quality, CSV, IT/OT, globalplatform owners and technology vendors to drive decisions, resolve dependenciesand maintain delivery momentum.
  
• Ensuredigital solutions meet business, GMP, CSV, cybersecurity and data-integrityrequirements, supported by appropriate documentation, testing, change controland handover arrangements.
  
• Ensuretechnologies address defined business needs and are successfully embedded intosite operations, with clear ownership, training, support arrangements andmeasurable benefits.
  

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelorsor Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, orrelated discipline.
  
• 8+years’ experience project managing the delivering of digital technology, engineering,or automation projects within a regulated manufacturing environment(pharma/biotech preferred).
  
• Provenexperience leading complex, cross-functional technology, or transformationprojects.
  
• Strongproject management, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
  
• Abilityto work effectively across Capital Projects, Operations, Engineering, Qualityand Digital/IT organisations.
  
• Strongleadership, communication and influencing skills.
  
• Understandingof Industry 4.0 solutions, IIoT, Digital Twin, manufacturing data, orautomation is highly beneficial.
