Job summary

SimoTech is seeking a Site Transformation Project Manager based in Co. Cork to drive a site-wide transformation program for a leading biopharma client.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and technical leads to deliver integrated plans and governance across the site. With 8+ years in large-scale transformation programs and strong stakeholder engagement, you will convert complex challenges into structured, results-driven solutions that enhance compliance and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or Project Management.
• PMP certification desirable.
• Strong project management principles and governance experience.
• Experience with Smartsheet in program/portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Lead site transformation programs with cross-functional teams and technical leads.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain comprehensive project and program plans.
• Coordinate with technical leads to meet objectives on schedule.
• Forecast and manage resources across workstreams and timelines.
• Prepare governance reports and after-action reviews for transparency.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with governance-aligned strategies.
• Coach teams in Smartsheet usage and project management best practices.
