Job summary

Amazon Data Services Ireland Limited seeks a Regional Safety Manager to own the Health and Safety function for Dublin and lead a local team of safety professionals. You will partner with regional and global teams to enhance safety across operations and coordinate with security, compliance, risk and fire/life safety systems.

The role requires advanced English, on-site work in Dublin, and travel to regional sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, health and safety, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional safety experience in Ireland/Europe.
• Experience leading a team of health and safety professionals and engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define safety vision and strategy for regional portfolio.
• Design team structure and governance to meet long-term safety goals.
• Lead safety programmes and collaborate with operations, security, compliance and risk teams.
• Engage employees and contractors to meet safety objectives and regulatory requirements.
