Amazon Data Services Ireland Limited is seeking an experienced Data Center Manager to lead teams of engineers and operations staff in Dublin. You will drive performance, manage co-located and in-house data centres, and partner with vendors to deliver reliable infrastructure.

This role focuses on incident, change, capacity management, and continuous process improvement, while upholding health and safety standards and providing metrics to guide decisions.

• Experience managing complex and fast-moving issues.
• Experience analyzing metrics to drive business improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop teams of engineers and operations staff to ensure high performance.
• Maintain and operate co-located and in-house Data Centres; support new data centres.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures; lead Kaizen/Lean initiatives if applicable.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors; coordinate with internal teams.
