Job summary

Auxo Talent is recruiting for a Site-based Head of Operations in Ireland with regular travel to UK manufacturing sites. The role sits on the Senior Leadership Team and has potential to progress to an Operations Director position.

You will shape and deliver the operational strategy across Ireland and UK facilities, driving standardisation and scalability while collaborating with the MD and other SLT heads on alignment and best practices.

Qualifications

• Applications are invited from Operations Managers, Heads of Operations, as well as Operations Directors of smaller businesses who have experience of working across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Previous experience of working for a manufacturer of technical products or machinery used within regulated sectors such as pharmaceutical, food, beverage, or FMCG industries would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Shaping and delivering the operational strategy across the company’s manufacturing facilities in Ireland and the UK.
• Drive standardisation and scalability across all operational functions.
• Work closely with the MD, other members of the SLT, and Heads of departments (Projects, Design, Manufacturing, Installation & Commissioning, Service) on alignment, accountability, and best practices.
