Job summary

3D Personnel seeks a Site Manager for a residential project in Drogheda, Co. Louth. You will lead the on-site team and drive delivery of a high-quality project safely and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will be time-served or degree-qualified with a minimum of 5 years' site management experience with main contractors or house builders. Salary is €75K–€95K (DOE) plus pension, discretionary bonus, health insurance and a company vehicle.

• Proven ability to take initiative and assume responsibility on site.
• Time-served background or degree qualification with relevant site management experience.

Lead the on site team for an award winning Residential Developer, you will be responsible for the on-site management team tasked with delivering a quality project safely.
