Job summary

Tier 1 Developer/Builders in Ireland seeks a Site Manager for a large-scale residential project in Dunboyne, Co.Meath. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage budgets and ensure timely delivery in line with contract requirements.

The role requires a Degree/Higher Diploma or relevant trade experience, strong knowledge of building regulations, and the ability to lead, motivate and coordinate a large on-site team and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Degree/Higher Diploma/HETAC qualification (or relevant trade experience).
• Background in residential developments essential.
• Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.
• The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget as agreed by effectively and appropriately overseeing all issues surrounding risks, contracts, operations and communications
• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of a large-scale site
• Implement quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology
• Manage project scope and mitigates risk across projects
• Attend Health and Safety meetings with site team and subcontractors
• Ensure that everyone on site is working in accordance with the Health & Safety policy and procedures
• Ensure that all required materials are identified and ordered in a timely fashion in line with the program
• Take the lead in ensuring the effective management of performance and budgets, ensuring they are well-coordinated and runs in accordance with the agreed contract program
• Manage a direct labour workforce
• Manage all sub-contractors
• Work with and manage the site management team

Education
