Job summary

NexVentur is recruiting a hands-on Site Manager / Foreman for a 9-month construction project in Belmullet, Mayo. You will take ownership of the site, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure delivery safely, efficiently and to programme.

The ideal candidate has a strong construction background, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to health and safety, with the ability to work independently and drive the project forward.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction professional capable of owning the site and leading on-site activities.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and trades to keep the programme on track.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and compliance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Belmullet site and oversee daily operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain the programme and quality.
• Ensure work proceeds safely, efficiently and on schedule.
• Communicate with the project team and client as required.

NexVentur are recruiting an experienced Site Manager / Foreman for a 9-month construction project in Belmullet, Co. Mayo.

We’re looking for a hands‑on construction professional who can take ownership of the site, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Foreman or General Foreman
• Strong construction background
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
