Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd in North Dublin is seeking a Senior Site Manager (Housing) to lead on-site construction from setup to completion on a timber frame residential project of about 50 units. You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour, ensure work meets programme and quality standards, and maintain health, safety and environmental compliance on site.

• Ensure work is completed to programme and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and produce regular site reports.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Manage site logistics, materials, and deliveries.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, local authorities, and utility providers.
• Resolve technical and operational issues on site.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and warranty provider requirements.
