Croft Recruitment Limited in Meath is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a 70-unit residential scheme in Co Meath. You will manage all on-site activities, ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to interpret drawings, manage subcontractors, and maintain quality, safety and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Site Manager or Senior Foreman role.
• Strong residential construction background.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings and manage subcontractors.
• Valid Safe Pass and site certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from groundworks to handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and labour.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain site docs.
• Monitor progress, site logistics, and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee quality control, snagging, and unit handovers.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and design teams.
