Talent-Curve is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a high-quality residential development in Dundalk, Co. Louth. The role requires leadership, meticulous site coordination, and a proven track record on housing projects in Ireland.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works meet programme deadlines and high-quality standards, while maintaining rigorous health & safety practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor or residential developer.
• Strong residential construction experience is essential.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

The Role
