Qualifications

• Full, clean driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction activities from start to finish.
• Organise work schedules and delegate tasks to the site team.
• Liaise with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Prepare site reports and maintain updated drawings and design documentation.

One of Irelands well respected Developers are on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Site Manager to lead a large residential construction project in Malahide, Co. Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, including planning, coordination, and day-to-day site operations.

This role involves overseeing subcontractors, maintaining programme and quality standards, and ensuring full compliance with safety and building regulations.
