Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants in Ireland is seeking a Site Manager (Residential Housing) for a Malahide project in North Dublin. The role requires leading a high-volume housing site, managing a direct and subcontracted team, and delivering the project on time and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ site management experience with a main contractor or developer, fluent English, and eligibility to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience at Site Management level with a main contractor or developer.
• High volume housing experience preferred (40 units+).
• Fluent English and eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Ensure works comply with planning, health & safety, environmental standards, and high quality.
• Take full responsibility for project delivery from tender stage construction to handover.
• Support project budget management with the wider team and Quantity Surveyor.
• Prepare project plans, programmes, and risk management strategies.
• Manage flow of information to site teams, stakeholders, and project partners.
• Lead and coordinate the site team (direct and subcontracted) to progress according to programme.

Site Manager (Residential Housing) Malahide, North Dublin Site Manager required for a leading residential builder to work on a housing project in Malahide in North Dublin with at least a 2 year duration and is just starting. If you are looking to join a company that has long term work in this area this may be the role for you. We are ideally looking for a Site Manager with housing development experience in either Ireland or the UK. Requirements: 5+ years experience at Site Management level working a main contractor or developer High volume housing experience preferable (40 units +) Proven track record of managing high-volume high-quality housing projects (Ireland or UK) Good at leading a team Excellent attention to detail Must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
