E-Frontiers Ltd in Dublin South is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a high-density residential development. You will coordinate civils/groundworks, drainage, structure, concrete works, faade, and internal finishes, managing subcontractors to the programme.

The role starts in the next 2 months, with an 18-month duration and potential extension to 3–5 years over two to three phases. A background with a Developer or Main Contractor is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager with a Developer or Main Contractor.
• Previous Experience on large scale Residential projects is desirable.
• Manage the civils/groundworks, drainage, along with the structure, concrete works, faade, & oversee the Finishing on Internal works
• Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site

Responsibilities

Senior Site Manager - Developer - Dublin South Permanent Position

Our client, a well established residential Developer, are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a mainly high density residential project in South Dublin. They require a strong Site Manager with good all round construction experience in civils/groundworks, concrete, structures, faade & internals to oversee & coordinate subcontractors in each of these areas. This phase of the project will have over 100 units with a mix of houses & apartments, it starts in the next 2 months & will have a duration of 18 months. This is a great opportunity as overall there's potentially 3/5 years work on this project over 2/3 phases.

Requirements

• Trade Background or Construction related Degree
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager with a Developer or Main Contractor
• Previous Experience on large scale Residential projects is desirable
• Manage the civils/groundworks, drainage, along with the structure, concrete works, faade, & oversee the Finishing on Internal works
• Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
