Job summary

Ward Personnel's client, a leading Irish building contractor, seeks an experienced Site Foreperson to oversee luxury residential developments. This role focuses on delivering architecturally designed homes where quality and attention to detail matter most.

You will manage daily site operations, supervise labour and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality standards, coordinate materials and plant, and work closely with project managers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Foreperson in residential construction.
• Experience delivering high-end or luxury residential projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Safe Pass and relevant construction qualifications.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities
