Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd in Dalkey, South Dublin, requires a Site Manager (Housing) to lead on-site construction for a prestigious housing project, overseeing setup to completion and coordinating subcontractors and direct labour. The role ensures work aligns with programme and quality standards.

You will maintain strict health and safety standards, monitor progress with regular site reports, manage logistics and liaise with clients, architects, engineers and authorities.

• Manage site logistics, materials, and deliveries.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, local authorities, and utility providers.
• Resolve technical and operational issues on site.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and warranty provider requirements.
