Job summary

Alpine Recruitment Group is looking for a Site Manager for a €50M high-end residential project in Dublin. The project involves low-rise apartments and a combination of detached and semi-detached houses.

You will manage daily operations, oversee the workforce and sub-contractors, and ensure all work meets required standards. This role demands strong leadership and knowledge of building regulations.

The salary is €85,000 to €100,000 per year, plus benefits including a car allowance, VHI, and pension.

Qualifications

• Hold relevant construction, trade, and/or engineering qualification.
• Experience in main contracting preferred.
• Essential experience in residential/development construction projects.

Job description

They wish to appoint Site Manager for €50M high-end residential project close to M50 / N11 / Enniskerry

2yr program both low-rise apartments & combination detached semi-detached houses, brownfield site with enabling works

Duties

• Manage the day-to‑day operations
• Manage direct labour workforce & various sub‑contractors
• Work with and manage the site management team
• Ensure workmanship is carried out to the required standards
• Deliver project milestones on time
• Produce accurate reports, site diary etc
• H&S, QMS and other regulatory matters
• Reporting to the Contracts Manager

Requirements

• Hold relevant construction, trade and/or engineering qualification
• Main contracting experience preferred
• Previous residential / development construction projects experience essential
• Analytical, technical, self‑motivated, driven
• Knowledge of building regulation and certification standards

All inclusive salary to €100K + car/allowance, VHI, pension etc

Pay: €85,000.00-€100,000.00 per year
