Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd in Ashford, Wicklow seeks a Site Manager (Housing) to lead on-site construction from setup to completion. The role requires coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour to ensure quality and progress.

The successful candidate will maintain health and safety standards, liaise with clients and authorities, and manage site logistics and reporting. Salary €95-110k plus bonus and transport/car allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site construction management.

• Experience with housing/residential projects preferred.

• Resolve technical and operational issues on site.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and warranty provider requirements.
