CPL Group is seeking a Site Manager to oversee residential or commercial builds in Ireland's Ulster region. You will lead the site team, maintain safety and liaise with clients and subcontractors. The role requires a strong command of RAMS, reading drawings, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience as Site Manager or Foreman on residential or commercial builds.
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling.
• Site supervisor course equivalent is a bonus.
• Sound knowledge of RAMS and Building Regulations.
• Able to read drawings and set out work.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the site team and subcontractors to keep the programme on track.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and safety checks; maintain registers, permits and inspections.
• Plan works, sequence activities and order materials in collaboration with the commercial team.
• Ensure quality by checking drawings, specs and building regulations throughout the works.
• Maintain cost control by monitoring waste, labour hours and materials; log variations.
• Act as the professional face of the company for clients and neighbours; keep sites tidy and secure.
