CField Construction Ltd. in Limerick is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a large-scale residential project.

You will organise on-site activities, supervise subcontractors, manage safety and quality, and liaise with our Commercial team to ensure on-time delivery of materials and labour. The role requires a proven track record in residential construction, strong organisational skills, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience on residential projects is essential.
• Experience with timber frame is preferable.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality construction safely and efficiently.
• Good knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and EHS standards.
• Ability to read & interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills; client liaison experience.
• Proficient with Procore and MS Office; willingness to learn internal systems.
• Full clean driving licence and commercial awareness.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day site management for a large residential project.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Purchasing, Q&S to ensure timely delivery of labour and materials.
• Maintain site safety, quality controls, and daily records; conduct site inspections.
• Liaise with Design Team and client on progress, changes, and approvals.
• Lead subcontractors and direct labour; maintain site diary and weekly programs.
• Prepare reports and assist with submissions to authorities as required.
• Monitor schedule, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure snagging and handover processes are completed to client satisfaction.
