Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking two Site/Section Managers for 6-month+ contracts at a major residential scheme in Clonburris, Dublin 22. The role requires proven site management experience with a main contractor and strong leadership to drive safety, quality and programme performance.

Typical duties include coordinating subcontractors, planning resources, managing QA/BCAR, and delivering site handover. On-site work in Dublin 22 with a competitive hourly rate of €50-€60 depending on tax setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, health & safety and BCAR.
• Valid Safe Pass, CSCS / SMSTS or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site operations day to day.
• Plan and coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials.
• Drive health & safety, quality and programme performance on site.
• Hold site meetings and liaise with the Project Manager, client and design team.
• Manage QA documentation and BCAR records.
• Lead the site team through to completion and handover.
