Job summary

The role requires proven experience, strong leadership, and a full driving licence; good knowledge of BCAR and construction sequencing is essential. The position offers a competitive salary in the range €85,000–€100,000, with long‑term career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, health & safety and BCAR.
• Valid Safe Pass, CSCS / SMSTS or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site operations day to day.
• Plan and coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials.
• Drive health & safety, quality and programme performance on site.
• Hold site meetings and liaise with the Project Manager, client and design team.
• Manage QA documentation and BCAR records.
• Lead the site team through to completion and handover.
