Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Kilcoole project in Co. Wicklow. The role focuses on running day-to-day site operations on a residential/commercial building project with a leading Irish contractor.

A strong emphasis on safety, quality, and programme delivery is central to the position. You will coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials, drive BCAR compliance, and report to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
• Experience on residential, commercial or public sector building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, health & safety and BCAR.
• Valid Safe Pass, CSCS / SMSTS or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site operations day to day.
• Plan and coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials.
• Drive health & safety, quality and programme performance on site.
• Hold site meetings and liaise with the Project Manager, client and design team.
• Manage QA documentation and BCAR records.
• Lead the site team through to completion and handover.
