Job summary

Gist Limited seeks an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager for our Clonshaugh site in Ireland. You will lead a proactive HSE culture, partner with senior operational teams and regulators, and ensure robust safety performance across a fast-paced operation.

NEBOSH General Certificate holders with IOSH membership are preferred. The role includes site-based investigations, and collaboration across the wider HSE team on audits and project work.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate required.
• IOSH membership or equivalent.
• Experience leading site-based incident investigations and embedding corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to drive strong health and safety performance.
• Translate strategy into site-specific improvements.
• Coach and influence managers to strengthen safety culture.
• Use data to identify risk, trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and support incident investigations and ensure learning.
• Serve as main contact for regulators, audits and trade union consultation.
