Job summary

Noel Group is seeking a Health & Safety Manager for a large Dublin manufacturing site with 150 staff. The role demands 5 years of H&S leadership and solid experience with Irish HSE law to drive a culture of safety and regulatory compliance.

You will champion HSE excellence, update policies, and oversee audits, while developing leadership across the site. An excellent pathway to regional group opportunities awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5 years senior Health and Safety experience.
• At least 2 years in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience complying with Irish Health & Safety legislation.
• Strong leadership across site.

Responsibilities

• Act as site champion for health, safety and environmental excellence.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with HSE legislation and company standards.
• Maintain and improve HSE policies and management systems.
• Conduct and oversee risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Manage internal and external audit activities (ISO 45001/ISO 14001).
• Lead safety across site through influence.
