Job summary

Bulmers Ireland in Clonmel is recruiting for an on-site HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental compliance across operations. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, drive improvements, deliver safe working practices, and support incident investigations.

You will have a technical HSE qualification (NEBOSH/IOSH) and proven ability to implement HSE management systems, with excellent communication and time-management skills to enable safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining HSE Management Systems.
• Proven ability to drive change through stakeholder engagement.
• Technical HSE qualification (NEBOSH/OTHM or equivalent).
• Affiliate membership of a recognised professional body (IOSH).
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with stakeholders to support HSE compliance and continuous improvement.
• Drive safety improvements through audits, incident analysis and non-conformance management.
• Support teams in applying Group HSE standards and risk controls.
• Deliver HSE training and promote safe working practices.
• Facilitate risk assessments and implement control measures.
• Lead site safety walks and safety culture activities.
• Assist investigations and communicate lessons learned.
• Support emergency response plan development and testing.
• Coordinate health surveillance programmes and follow-up actions.
• Support contractor management including permit-to-work.
