G2 are currently looking for an HSE Manager to join a client on a permanent basis in Dublin, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established contractor delivering a range of projects across the data centre and residential sectors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving health, safety and environmental performance across multiple projects, ensuring consistently high standards are maintained from pre-construction through to project completion.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
• 5 years' HSE experience within construction.
• Experience working for a main contractor is preferred.
• Experience across data centre, residential, commercial or fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Support site-based HSE teams and provide guidance across multiple projects.
• Drive safety culture and ensure HSE procedures are implemented.

G2 are currently looking for an HSE Manager to join a client on a permanent basis in Dublin, Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established contractor delivering a range of projects across the data centre and residential sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving health, safety and environmental performance across multiple projects, ensuring consistently high standards are maintained from pre-construction through to project completion.

As HSE Manager, you will work closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with company procedures, client expectations and relevant legislation. This role will be based in Dublin, with occasional travel to sites in Europe (once per month).

Requirements:

• Strong HSE / EHS / SHEQ / HSEQ background
• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification
• 5 years' HSE experience within construction
• Experience working for a main contractor is preferred
• Previous experience across data centre, residential, commercial or fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety and environmental requirements
• Experience managing and supporting site-based HSE teams
• Confident conducting audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Please note: Candidates must already have the right to work in Ireland.

This position requires a confident and proactive HSE Manager who is comfortable working across multiple live construction projects, advising project teams and subcontractors on all health, safety and environmental matters.

You will be responsible for helping to maintain a strong safety culture across the business, ensuring HSE procedures are implemented effectively and working closely with site teams to continuously improve standards across projects.
