Job summary

HSE Recruitment Network is seeking an experienced HSE Manager/Advisor to own health and safety within a busy logistics environment in Clonshaugh, Ireland. The role includes on-site leadership, practical guidance, and a focus on risk reduction and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have NEBOSH and IOSH credentials, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to stores or delivery points as required.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing or high-risk environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as main HSE point of contact for Ireland supporting the Clonshaugh site.
• Build strong relationships with employees, operational teams and management.
• Provide practical health and safety advice across warehouse, distribution and driver operations.
• Lead risk assessments, incident investigations and continual safety improvements.
• Travel to stores or points of delivery to support risk assessments and investigations.
• Produce regular reports and updates to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures.
