Job summary

O’Neill and Brennan seeks a Site Engineer for a major Drogheda project. You will check plans and drawings to ensure calculations are accurate and provide progress reports for site management and clients.

You will supervise setting out, levelling and surveying on site, with regular use of AutoCAD to verify dimensions. Liaise with subcontractors, site managers and ensure strict health and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 4+ years’ experience in Civil Engineering works.
• Previous experience setting out is essential.
• Experience on high value projects in Ireland or the UK.
• Experience using instruments (total station, GPS) and strong communication skills.

O’Neill and Brennan are currently recruiting an experienced site engineer on behalf of our client, to join their team on a new build project based in Drogheda , County Louth.

Job Summary:

• Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate.
• Providing progress reports for the site management team & clients
• Supervising the Setting out, levelling and surveying the site.
• Regular use of AutoCAD to check on site dimensions.
• Liaising with sub-contractors & site managers.
• Ensure all health & safety procedures are maintained
