Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for Dublin, hybrid role with 2 days WFH. Salary up to €110,000 DOE + benefits. Based in Dublin city centre or project location closest to home, to minimise travel on major construction projects.

Responsibilities include commercial management, cost control, procurement, variations, valuations and claims, and contract administration, working closely with project and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Strong main contractor experience.
• Previous Senior Quantity Surveyor experience.
• Tier 1 experience desirable.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification.

Our client, a leading Tier 1 construction contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Dublin.

The successful candidate will be based at the project location closest to home where possible, helping to minimise travel while working on major construction projects.
