Office Buddies in Dublin South is seeking a proactive Showroom Sales Executive to welcome customers, understand requirements and help select the right products for sheds and outdoor buildings.

You will manage the full sales process from enquiry to quotation, order processing and after-sales support, turning inquiries into sales with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Competenze

• 2+ years in showroom sales or consultative retail.
• Proficient with CRM and MS Office.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to North Dublin (if required).
• Target-driven with experience meeting/exceeding KPIs.

Role: Showroom Sales Executive

Location: Dublin South

Salary: €39-43k

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused and sales-driven Showroom Sales Executive on behalf of one of our client based in Dublin 22. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers to our showroom, understanding their requirements and helping them choose the right product for their needs.

This role involves managing the full sales process, from initial customer enquiry and product selection through to quotation, order processing and after-sales support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to turn customer enquiries into successful sales.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a professional, friendly experience.
• Identify customer needs, budgets and intended uses for sheds and outdoor buildings.
• Advise customers on product ranges, sizes, materials, finishes, roofing options and accessories.
• Explain product features, benefits, specifications and pricing.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and prospective sales to maximise conversion rates.
• Attend promotional events when required
• Build rapport with customers and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Accurately record information in CRM system.

Requirements:

• Highly proficient using CRM and microsoft Suite
• 2+ years in a showroom sales or consultative retail environment
• Flexibility to work Tuesday-Saturday.
• Full Drivers license, as there will be some travel to the North Dublin site needed.
• A target-driven attitude and experience meeting and exceeding KPIs.#
