Job summary

Chadwicks Group in Bray, Co. Wicklow, is seeking a Showroom Sales Advisor to deliver knowledgeable, friendly service while driving branch sales and gross profit.

You will promote products and provide outstanding customer care to existing customers. In this permanent, full-time role (39 hours per week), you will merchandise showrooms, quote customers, build relationships and help customers choose sanitary ware, doors, floors and stoves.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy builder's provider
• Proven track record of meeting sales and margin targets
• Experience selling a broad range of showroom products
• IT literacy

Responsibilities

• Selling a wide range of showroom products (Sanitary Ware, Stoves, Doors & Floors)
• Maintaining high showroom standards
• Merchandising & pricing of showrooms
• Developing showroom sales with Department Managers to keep displays up to date
• Sourcing and ordering stock to fulfill customer orders and expectations
• Assisting customers with computer assisted plans/designs for kitchens and wardrobes
• Understanding customer needs and generating creative ideas and solutions
• Proactively generating customer leads and inquiries
• Resolving customer issues pre- and post-sale in a timely fashion
• Producing accurate quotations
• Achieving defined sales and margin targets
• Creating brand loyalty and maintaining relationships with existing customers
• Effective team working
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
