Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE in Swords, Ireland, is seeking a Drive-and-lead Shift Lead to supervise daily shifts and guide the team through busy periods. You will help run brilliant service, support staff, and ensure every guest enjoys the PERi-PERi experience.

The role emphasizes leadership development, team motivation, and maintaining a fun, inclusive workplace where Nandocas grow and thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach with delivery of great guest moments across channels.
• Confidence in leading people and solving problems on the spot.
• Desire to learn, grow and take on more responsibility.
• Ability to create a fun, inclusive environment where the team can grow.
