Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and inspire a high-energy team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will ensure exceptional PERi-PERi service, manage shifts, and drive guest satisfaction while living the brand values.

We offer a competitive salary range €40,506.00 - €43,506.00, a 4-week sabbatical after five years, free staff meals, travel opportunities, training, and a rewarding bonus scheme as part of our supportive team.

• Previous management experience and bucket-loads of energy to inspire and motivate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Nando's customer journey is carried out on shift, every day, across all channels.
• Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Oversee shifts, front-of-house and kitchen coordination, and performance.
• Partner with leadership to execute brand standards and drive results.
