Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking a General Manager in ROI/Ireland to lead the restaurant with ownership mindset and drive the team to deliver exceptional PERi-PERi experiences. You will set direction, manage shifts, and shape a culture aligned with our brand values.

As Patrao, you will make key decisions, motivate staff, and push for growth in a fast-paced hospitality environment, while ensuring guest satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to drive targets and KPI's.
• Passion for people, food and hospitality and living the brand.
• Hungry to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Track record of driving sales in multi-channel environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as Patrao/General Manager.
• Develop and grow your team to create future Managers.
• Deliver PERi-PERi experiences to customers in-store and at home.
• Make decisions to create a great culture and meet targets.
• Oversee shifts and ensure efficient operations.
