Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE in Dublin is seeking a Shift Lead to help run brilliant shifts and support the team on the floor. You’ll lead the crew to deliver the signature PERi-PERI moments and keep the dining room buzzing with energy.

You’ll supervise a fast-paced team, motivate staff, and resolve on-the-spot challenges to ensure guest satisfaction. This role offers hands-on leadership with clear progression paths.
