Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking a General Manager to lead our ROI restaurant, driving guest satisfaction, sales and team culture. You will treat the restaurant as your own business, make decisions and shape the day-to-day operations.

You will build a high-performing team, develop future managers, deliver PERi-PERi moments, and ensure brand values are lived across service, food and hospitality.
