Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is looking for a Shift Lead to be at the heart of a busy restaurant, helping to run brilliant shifts and support the team. As a Shift Lead, you’ll lead by example, motivate colleagues, and ensure the customer journey is friendly, fast and consistent across all channels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
