Job summary

Nando's ROI is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead a busy restaurant with energy and passion. You will live and breathe our PERi-PERi brand, coach a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive daily operations across service, food, and safety.

This role includes a 3‑month training plan from Day 1, a competitive bonus package, travel opportunities to learn more about our roots, and perks like free food at work and staff discounts.
