EY in Dublin seeks a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to help clients build practical ServiceNow solutions improving services and simplifying processes. You’ll join a growing Technology Consulting team, developing technical, delivery and client-facing skills while working with experienced colleagues.

You will bring 3+ years of ServiceNow experience and ITIL knowledge, with a focus on IT service management and client delivery in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Around 3+ years’ experience implementing ServiceNow.
• Deep technical and functional knowledge of IT Service Management.
• Mainline ServiceNow certifications or willingness to gain them.
• Certification/knowledge of ITIL.
• Knowledge of the ITSM market and competing platforms.
• Client-facing delivery experience with professional services.
• Experience in focus industries listed by EY.
• Experience in team establishment, training and management.
• Excellent communication, translating IT strategy into business benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support ServiceNow reviews, implementations and change projects from planning through delivery.
• Build and configure ServiceNow solutions with guidance from leads.
• Prepare project materials, updates and client/stakeholder reports.
• Manage own work, track actions and escalate risks early.
• Support engagement activities: quality, risk, resourcing, reporting and bids.
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
