Job summary

Methodius Ltd is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Consultant to shape transformations for organisations across the island of Ireland and internationally. You will combine deep ServiceNow expertise with consulting, solution design and customer advisory, guiding senior stakeholders and owning key workstreams.

This role is predominantly remote with two days per month on client site. You will mentor junior consultants, lead workshops, and deliver scalable solutions while staying current

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience within ServiceNow Professional Services or similar client‑facing environment.
• Experience across the full delivery lifecycle with a consulting mindset.
• Certifications such as CSA, CAD and/or CIS are desirable and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops translating challenges into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design scalable, maintainable ServiceNow architectures aligned to best practices.
• Produce technical specs, solution designs, user stories and artefacts.
• Provide technical leadership across projects and delivery workstreams.
• Review configurations, integrations, testing and documentation for quality.
• Communicate complex concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and value for customers.
• Explore AI-led thinking and integrate into workflows where appropriate.
• Mentor Technical Consultants and Associate Technical Consultants.
• Stay ahead of ServiceNow developments and industry best practice.
